User Agreement

By accessing and using the Training and Placement Portal for Indian Technical Institutes (TPPITI), you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India. This agreement is a binding contract between you and the owner, Rohan Mittal, who operates this site. Use of our services is on the condition that you accept, and agree to the terms and conditions as stipulated herein. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of TPPITI or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this site are the exclusive property of TPPITI, and protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the content is prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from the TPPITI website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the TPPITI website; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rohan Mittal, the owner, or TPPITI be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the TPPITI website. This applies even if TPPITI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TPPITI website. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
